Design
From the onset of the design phase, Bowery Development Co. establishes design criteria and provides continual feedback on drawing sets. Approvals

Development & Construction
Once underway, a project requires close supervision. Bowery Development Co. coordinates closely with construction and design teams and regularly inspects the site to ensure quality of construction and conformance to the plans

Current Work

The Alistair
The Alistair is a 72-unit multifamily development in Lancaster, PA, completed in 2024. Bowery Development Co. served as developer, managing the project from acquisition through construction. Constructed in a historical district, special consideration was paid to complement the community character. The project features amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop lounge while units contain premium finishes including Caesarstone quartz counters and Samsung appliances.

540 Waverly
540 Waverly, completed in 2022, is a full service luxury apartment community located in Brooklyn's trendy Clinton Hill neighborhood. Constructed with a poured-in-place concrete superstructure and a cantilever over sensitive telecom infrastructure, the project presented significant technical challenges. The building features a mix of market rate and affordable units and has achieved its projected rents. This project was developed under The Daten Group prior to the establishment of Bowery Development Co.
